cancellation and refund policies
For monthly awareness package subscription and anti-phishing training.
On activation of the subscription, there is a 30-day window to cancel. The total amount is refunded to the client if the refund request is received within the first 30 days. After the 30-day window, a refund is issued for the remaining subscription period from the date of cancellation.
For course subscriptions
Cancellations and refunds for courses work as follows:
On or within the first 30 days of subscription activation
A 100% refund is issued if fewer than 25% of the users (per the plan) have completed the training. If more than 25% of the users have completed any course with a certificate issued, a refund is issued for the remaining users for the full subscription period.
Example:
Case A: If the subscription is for 100 users and 20 users have completed the training, with a certificate issued, and if the refund request is received on or before the 30th day of the subscription’s activation, a 100% refund is issued.
Case B: If the subscription is for 100 users and 30 users have completed the training, with a certificate issued, and if the refund request is received on or before the 30th day of the subscription’s activation, a 70% refund is issued for the full subscription period.
After 30 days from the subscription activation date, refunds are not issued.
