Professional delivers your chosen courses, customised to your organisation, on a shared managed LMS — with your policies, case studies, branding and translations built in.
Enterprise includes everything in Professional, plus a dedicated, white-labelled LMS with data residency in your own region, audit-ready infrastructure, full SSO and managed operations — built for regulated organisations.
Managed Vendor Training extends the same managed delivery to your third-party vendors, on an isolated environment that never touches your network.

Can we licence your courses to run on our own LMS?
Yes. If you'd rather deliver our courses through your own LMS, we licence them as SCORM/xAPI packages under a perpetual-use license — yours to run internally, with no annual fee. Licensing is arranged case by case; talk to us about your requirements.

Can courses be customized?
Yes. You can add your own policies, include a leadership message (video, audio, or text), integrate your logo and branding, and translate courses or add subtitles and voice narration in over 30 languages. Customization is included across all plans.
What courses are available?
Our library spans cyber security, data privacy, AI governance, financial crime (AML/CFT, FATCA/CRS, sanctions), CBUAE-mapped compliance, climate risk (ESG), and operational risk. Courses can be combined to match your organization’s compliance obligations.
Are there country and regional editions?
Yes. Courses are available in region-tailored editions — for example, India aligned to the DPDP Act, the UAE to PDPL and CBUAE, Singapore to PDPA and MAS TRM, and Malaysia to PDPA and BNM RMiT — alongside Global, UK, and US editions. Each edition reflects the regulations and cultural context of its market.
Is translation available?
Yes. Courses can be translated, subtitled, or given voice narration in over 30 languages, so your workforce learns in the language they’re most comfortable with.
What is the Enterprise plan?
Enterprise gives you a dedicated, white-labelled LMS hosted in your own region, with data residency and sovereignty, audit-ready infrastructure, full SSO, managed onboarding and reporting, and a dedicated helpdesk. It's built for regulated organisations that must satisfy auditors and regulators on where and how their training data is handled.
What is data residency and sovereignty?
With Enterprise and Managed Vendor Training, your training data is hosted in the AWS region you choose, so it stays within your jurisdiction and never leaves those borders. This helps you meet data-localization requirements set by regulators such as CBUAE, RBI, MAS, and BNM.
What is data isolation?
Your Enterprise environment runs on dedicated infrastructure — your own instance, not a shared multi-tenant system — so your data and configuration are isolated from other organizations.
Can we add our own branding?
Yes. On Professional, your courses carry your logo and branding within the learning path. On Enterprise, white-labelling extends to the whole platform — your own domain and fully branded LMS, so your people never see ours.
Do you support SSO?
Yes — Enterprise supports single sign-on through your existing identity provider. Managed Vendor Training also supports SSO or manual authentication for vendors.
What is Managed Vendor Training, and who is it for?
Managed Vendor Training lets you train your third parties and vendors on compliance without giving them access to your network. We host and manage the training on dedicated infrastructure, onboard the vendor organizations, and issue company-branded certificates — reducing your third-party and supply-chain compliance risk. It’s built for enterprises, particularly regulated ones, that must extend training across their vendor ecosystem.
What is the minimum commitment?
Professional, Enterprise and Managed Vendor Training are annual subscriptions. If you licence our courses to run on your own LMS, that's a one-time perpetual license instead.
Can I add more users later?
For Professional and Enterprise plans, you can add users at any time as your needs grow, and pricing scales with volume.
Which entity will I be billed from?
Depending on your location, you’ll be billed from our Singapore, India, UAE, or Malaysia entity. We’ll confirm the billing entity as part of your quote.
Can I get a refund?
Refund terms are defined in your signed agreement. We’ll walk you through them before you commit, so there are no surprises.
